Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional service consulting to Chinese-speaking clients seeking business license assistance
- Act as a communication bridge between Chinese clients and Indonesian business authorities
- Assist clients with documentation preparation and submission processes
- Conduct market research to provide relevant business advice and solutions
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure confidentiality of all information
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Continuously update knowledge on Indonesian business regulations and requirements
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in Chinese/Mandarin language (both written and spoken)
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or related field
- Prior experience in customer service, consulting, or business development preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of Indonesian business regulations and procedures is a plus
