We're seeking a dynamic Service Controller to oversee our Industrial Division's South Branch operations in Pasar Rebo. In this pivotal role, you'll be the nerve center coordinating service delivery, ensuring operational excellence, and driving client satisfaction across our industrial portfolio.
As a key member of our service leadership team, you'll leverage your organizational prowess to optimize technician schedules, resolve complex service issues, and maintain stringent quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and optimize service schedules for industrial clients across the South Branch territory
- Manage field technician assignments and resource allocation to ensure timely service delivery
- Monitor service quality metrics and implement corrective actions to maintain compliance
- Act as primary liaison between clients, technicians, and internal stakeholders
- Resolve service escalations and maintain client satisfaction through proactive communication
- Generate performance reports and analyze operational data for continuous improvement
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify upselling opportunities and service enhancements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in service coordination, operations, or customer-facing roles
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to make decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of pest control industry standards is highly advantageous
