- Coordinate technical service activities, scheduling, and resource allocation across multiple service teams
- Manage customer communication channels, ensuring timely responses and resolution of service requests
- Support technical staff through documentation preparation, order processing, and logistics coordination
- Monitor service performance metrics, generating reports for continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction
- Maintain accurate service records, contracts, and compliance documentation

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in service coordination, technical support, or operations role
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and service management software
