Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end technical service operations, including scheduling maintenance and repair requests.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding medical device service and support.
- Manage administrative documentation, including service contracts, warranty records, and invoices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records for spare parts and service equipment.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
- Generate periodic service performance reports for management review.
- Assist in maintaining compliance with healthcare industry standards and internal protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Medical Technology, or a related field.
- Fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with our client base.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or service coordination.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management software.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
