Tanggung Jawab

  • Coordinate end-to-end technical service operations, including scheduling maintenance and repair requests.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding medical device service and support.
  • Manage administrative documentation, including service contracts, warranty records, and invoices.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records for spare parts and service equipment.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
  • Generate periodic service performance reports for management review.
  • Assist in maintaining compliance with healthcare industry standards and internal protocols.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Medical Technology, or a related field.
  • Fluency in English, Malay, and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with our client base.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, or service coordination.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and inventory management software.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle high-pressure situations.
