- Assist Head of Department in team management activities and workflow optimization
- Act as primary point of contact for customer service inquiries and technical support requests
- Manage end-to-end repair loan equipment lifecycle: tracking, maintenance coordination, and return logistics
- Coordinate service schedules between technical teams and customer appointments
- Maintain accurate documentation of service requests, equipment status, and customer interactions
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve service escalations and ensure timely resolutions
- Monitor service performance metrics and prepare regular progress reports for leadership
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in coordination or customer service role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and service management software
