Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and attending to their needs throughout their visit.
- Accurately take food and beverage orders, ensuring special requests are communicated clearly to the kitchen team.
- Perform efficient cashiering duties, including handling payments and balancing the cash register at the end of shifts.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic dining or retail area to meet safety and company standards.
- Assist in the preparation and serving of food and drinks with attention to presentation and timing.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve customer feedback promptly and professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in replenishing stock as required.
- Adhere strictly to all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Levels or equivalent.
- Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle peak hour pressures.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a proactive attitude and a high level of responsibility toward assigned tasks.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to service operations.
- Able to start work effectively in May.
