Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and attend to customer inquiries promptly.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash, card, and e-wallet transactions accurately.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages according to Big Apple Resources' standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including counters, dining areas, and storage.
- Assist in receiving delivery orders, replenishing stocks, and managing inventory rotation.
- Ensure all products are attractively displayed and within their expiry dates.
- Adhere strictly to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Support team members in achieving daily sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in F&B, retail, or customer service is an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
- Must be able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Customer-oriented with a positive and energetic attitude.
- Physically capable of standing for extended periods and lifting moderate weights (up to 10kg).
- Willing to work at Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Selangor.
