- Greet customers warmly and take food orders accurately at the counter or drive-thru.
- Prepare and serve food items and beverages according to strict quality standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining areas and kitchen stations.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems efficiently and handle cash transactions.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure fast and efficient service during peak hours.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong commitment to cleanliness and food safety protocols.
- Positive attitude, friendly demeanor, and a willingness to learn.
- Availability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
