Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure service delivery operations across multiple client accounts
- Develop and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients, ensuring continuous performance monitoring and improvement
- Lead cross-functional teams to resolve critical incidents and implement effective solutions
- Drive continuous service improvement initiatives through process optimization and technology adoption
- Build and nurture strong client relationships through proactive communication and stakeholder management
- Generate comprehensive service performance reports and strategic recommendations for senior leadership
- Coordinate disaster recovery planning and business continuity exercises for IT infrastructure services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT service delivery with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven expertise in ITIL framework and IT infrastructure service management
- Strong background in managing cloud infrastructure, networking, and enterprise systems
- Exceptional leadership skills with ability to motivate cross-functional teams
- Experience in client relationship management and contract negotiation
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or IT Service Management (ITSM) preferred
