Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to incoming IT support tickets via email or helpdesk systems.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software problems on desktops, laptops, and printers.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and essential software applications.
- Provide technical guidance and support to end-users regarding system usage and troubleshooting.
- Assist with user account management, including password resets and access rights.
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, solutions, and technical logs.
- Collaborate with the IT team to improve service quality and user satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an IT Helpdesk, Service Desk, or Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking.
- Excellent communication skills in Indonesian and English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to non-technical users.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, customer-centric attitude.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced office environment in Jakarta Selatan.
