Tanggung Jawab
- Perform regular preventative maintenance and safety inspections on medical equipment to ensure compliance with clinical standards.
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electronic and mechanical failures in medical devices both in-house and at client sites.
- Provide comprehensive technical training to hospital staff on the correct operation and daily maintenance of devices.
- Install, calibrate, and configure new medical equipment, ensuring seamless integration into clinical workflows.
- Maintain detailed service logs and technical documentation for all interventions and maintenance cycles.
- Coordinate with manufacturers and internal stakeholders to resolve complex hardware and software technical issues.
- Respond promptly to emergency service requests to minimize downtime for critical hospital equipment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the maintenance and repair of medical or laboratory equipment.
- Strong understanding of medical device regulations, safety standards, and quality management systems.
- Proficiency in reading technical manuals, circuit diagrams, and troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide technical guidance to non-technical hospital personnel.
- Ability to travel to various hospital and clinic sites within the Kuala Lumpur region as required.
- Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a high attention to detail.
- Valid driving license and own vehicle preferred for site visits.
