We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Facilities & Engineering Executive to join our team at AGC Multi Material Singapore. In this pivotal role, you will oversee plant facilities maintenance, manage critical engineering projects, and ensure the smooth operational efficiency of our site in the West Region.
As a Service Engineer (Facilities), you will be responsible for maintaining high safety standards, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement improvements. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and execute the maintenance schedule for all plant facilities and engineering systems.
- Manage and lead engineering projects from initiation to completion, including budgeting and reporting.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility standards.
- Liaise with external vendors and contractors for facility-related services and repairs.
- Monitor utility consumption (e.g., water, electricity) and propose cost-saving initiatives.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance logs, work orders, and inventory management.
- Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and address facility-related employee complaints.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Facilities Management).
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a facilities engineering or maintenance role.
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
- Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
- Valid Singaporean work pass or eligibility to work in Singapore.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently under pressure.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
