Tanggung Jawab
- Install, calibrate, and perform preventive maintenance on medical aesthetic devices
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex mechanical/electrical issues in laser and RF equipment
- Conduct emergency repairs and component replacements to minimize downtime
- Provide technical training to healthcare professionals on equipment operation
- Maintain detailed service documentation and client communication records
- Collaborate with R&D to report product improvements and field issues
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- 2+ years experience servicing medical devices or aesthetic equipment
- Strong diagnostic skills for electromechanical systems
- Valid driver's license with clean record for client site visits
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English documentation
- Electronics certification (CompTIA A+/BETEC) preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including emergency call-outs
