Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and seat customers warmly, managing wait times efficiently to ensure a smooth flow of service.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring proper presentation and adherence to safety standards.
- Clear tables promptly and maintain a clean, organized dining environment throughout the shift.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Assist in cash handling and processing payments accurately at the end of the service.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure seamless restaurant operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level education or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
- Basic numeracy skills required for cash handling and billing.
- Willingness to rotate roles (e.g., cashier, server, host) as required by management.
- A passion for service and a proactive attitude towards learning new skills.
