Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression and comfortable seating arrangement.
- Present menus and explain daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods to customers.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen staff efficiently.
- Monitor table cleanliness and ensure dining areas are pristine throughout service hours.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service team to ensure timely service and high standards.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and contribute to revenue targets.
Kualifikasi
- Demonstrated passion for customer service and the hospitality industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in F&B service is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light trays.
- Positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Fluency in English (Malay is a plus).
