You will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, routine maintenance, and troubleshooting of high-performance plastic injection molding machines. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct professional installation and commissioning of Chen Hsong plastic injection molding machines at client sites.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure machine uptime and optimal production performance.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic system issues efficiently.
- Provide expert technical guidance and training to client operators on equipment handling and safety.
- Document all service activities, spare part usage, and technical reports in the company system.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to address customer concerns and technical inquiries.
- Maintain a high standard of work quality and safety compliance in all on-site operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in the maintenance of injection molding machines or heavy industrial equipment.
- Technical background in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (Diploma/Vocational degree preferred).
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical manuals, electrical diagrams, and hydraulic schematics.
- Demonstrated experience in PLC troubleshooting and industrial automation systems.
- Willingness to travel frequently to various client sites within the region.
- Strong customer service orientation with clear communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Possess a valid driving license and a proactive, results-oriented work ethic.
