- Lead the end-to-end management of service delivery for employee benefits portfolios.
- Cultivate and maintain strategic relationships with insurance providers to ensure competitive terms and high service standards.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, identifying areas for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for complex provider-related service issues, ensuring timely resolution.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure client requirements are met within the agreed-upon SLAs.
- Conduct regular service reviews with stakeholders to align on performance benchmarks and strategic goals.
- Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and local regulatory requirements in the insurance sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in employee benefits, insurance brokerage, or provider management.
- Strong technical knowledge of local Singapore insurance products and market dynamics.
- Proven ability to manage complex relationships with insurance carriers and corporate clients.
- Exceptional analytical, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proficiency in data management tools and CRM software to track performance and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to senior stakeholders.
