- Lead the end-to-end service delivery for Employee Benefits programs, ensuring high-quality execution and client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with insurance carriers, brokers, and third-party administrators.
- Oversee a team of service professionals, providing mentorship, performance management, and professional development.
- Analyze provider performance data and market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings and process optimization.
- Negotiate and manage contracts with external providers to ensure terms align with client objectives.
- Act as a key escalation point for complex client queries and resolve issues with a focus on client advocacy.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational risk within the department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Finance, or Insurance; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Employee Benefits, Insurance, or Consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management capacity.
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore's insurance regulatory environment and statutory benefits (Mandatory Provident Fund, MediShield Life, etc.).
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships simultaneously, including senior executives.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical, client-centric solutions.
