Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily reconciliation of financial transactions and settlements.
- Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders regarding billing and payment inquiries.
- Prepare and maintain accurate Excel reports and financial documentation.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in invoices and payment records.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline settlement workflows.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and formulas).
- Previous experience in settlement, accounting, or logistics is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
