Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Textile Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years' experience in garment manufacturing preparation roles
- Expert knowledge of cutting techniques, artwork processes, and material handling
- Advanced proficiency in production planning software and ERP systems
- Strong leadership skills with proven team management experience
- Excellent problem-solving abilities for complex operational challenges
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia with professional English communication skills
