Boardroom is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Share Registration Executive to join our dynamic team in the Central Region. This is a permanent role within the Share Registration industry, offering a unique opportunity to specialize in client servicing and financial administration.

In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of share registers. You will handle the end-to-end processing of share transactions, including allotments, transfers, and the issuance of share certificates. Your expertise will ensure strict compliance with regulatory standards and internal policies, while maintaining the highest level of data accuracy.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain the company’s share register and share ledger with strict accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process share transfers, allotments, and the issuance of share certificates in a timely manner.
  • Reconcile share capital records and assist in the preparation of statutory reports and documentation.
  • Handle and resolve client inquiries regarding shareholdings, capital maintenance, and corporate actions.
  • Update shareholder records and ensure data integrity within the internal database.
  • Ensure full compliance with relevant corporate regulations and MAS guidelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or Business Administration.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in share registration, corporate secretarial services, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of share capital maintenance, share registers, and corporate compliance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and high standards of accuracy.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective client-facing interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
