SBS Transit is a leading public transport operator in Singapore, dedicated to providing reliable and efficient mobility solutions to the community. We are currently seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Shared Services Assistant Manager to join our growing team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading, optimizing, and centralizing business support functions across the organization. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and enhancing the overall efficiency of our shared services operations. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of support staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
- Oversee the end-to-end management of Shared Services functions, including HR, Finance, and General Administration.
- Analyze current processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive cost savings and efficiency.
- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure service delivery effectiveness.
- Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure service level agreements are met.
- Prepare regular operational reports and presentations for senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and best practices in Shared Services management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Shared Services, Operations, or a similar support function.
- Proven track record of leading teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Singaporean citizenship or valid Singaporean work pass is preferred.
