PERSOL Indonesia is currently assisting our client, a prominent player in the manufacturing sector, in seeking a highly skilled Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead safety initiatives in the dynamic industrial hub of Cikarang. The position is Full-Time and requires on-site presence (WFO).
In this critical role, you will serve as the guardian of workplace safety, ensuring that all operations adhere to strict safety standards and regulatory frameworks. You will drive a culture of safety excellence, identifying risks before they become accidents and ensuring that every employee goes home safe at the end of the day. Your leadership will directly influence the company's reputation and operational continuity by minimizing downtime and liability.
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to safety management who is committed to continuous improvement.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor the SHE Management System (SMS) in alignment with ISO 45001 and local regulations.
- Conduct regular risk assessments, safety audits, and inspections to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Lead incident investigations, including root cause analysis, and ensure timely implementation of preventive measures.
- Manage the development and delivery of safety training programs, including emergency response drills and toolbox talks.
- Collaborate with operational management to integrate safety requirements into daily production processes.
- Monitor safety KPIs and report performance to senior leadership and regulatory bodies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or Engineering (S1).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the manufacturing or industrial sector.
- Certification in OHSAS 45001 or ISO 45001 is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law and environmental regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, WFO environment.
