Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and monitor SHE management systems across construction sites
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses with corrective action plans
- Deliver safety training programs for all personnel levels
- Ensure compliance with OHSAS 18001, K3 regulations, and client requirements
- Manage emergency response protocols and safety documentation
- Coordinate with government agencies during SHE inspections
- Promote safety culture through campaigns and toolbox meetings
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of SHE experience in construction/infrastructure projects
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or OSHA/IOSH certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian K3 regulations and international standards
- Experience with safety management software (e.g., ISO 45001)
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Ability to work in fast-paced, high-risk environments
- Strong analytical skills for hazard identification and risk mitigation
