Tanggung Jawab
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair sheet metal dies and molds
- Perform routine maintenance on sheet metal forming equipment
- Analyze wear patterns and implement appropriate repair solutions
- Ensure molds and dies meet precision specifications
- Collaborate with production teams to address mold-related issues
- Document repair processes and maintain accurate records
- Recommend improvements to extend mold lifespan and efficiency
- Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sheet metal die repair and maintenance
- Technical knowledge of sheet metal forming processes
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and specifications
- Experience with various repair techniques including welding, grinding, and machining
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification in relevant technical fields is a plus
