Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily shift activities to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Address and resolve operational issues in a timely manner
- Ensure all safety protocols and procedures are followed
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain workplace safety and cleanliness
- Prepare shift reports and communicate relevant information to management
- Manage inventory and ensure adequate supplies for shift operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Basic knowledge of workplace safety regulations
- Proficiency in using relevant software and tools
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required
