Tanggung Jawab
- Negotiate and execute charter party agreements between vessel owners and cargo shippers
- Monitor global shipping markets and freight rate trends to identify optimal chartering opportunities
- Coordinate vessel schedules, port operations, and cargo documentation for seamless logistics
- Develop and maintain relationships with ship owners, charterers, and port authorities
- Analyze voyage costs, bunker prices, and charter rates to maximize profitability
- Prepare chartering proposals, market reports, and risk assessments for clients
- Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations and insurance requirements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ship broking or chartering operations
- Proficiency in shipping contracts (Gencon, Asbatankvoy, etc.) and charter party negotiations
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret freight markets and voyage costs
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of Indonesian port regulations and customs procedures
- Advanced proficiency in shipping software and market data platforms
- Certification in Maritime Law or Chartering (e.g., ICS, Nautical Institute) preferred
