Diamond H Marine Svcs. & Shipping Agency Inc. is urgently seeking a skilled and experienced Cook/OS (Ordinary Seaman) to join our crew for international operations. As a key member of our galley and deck department, you will play a dual-purpose role, ensuring the health and morale of our crew through high-quality meal preparation while supporting deck operations on our General Cargo vessel.

Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and cook nutritious meals for the entire crew while maintaining high standards of food hygiene and sanitation.
- Manage galley inventory, including the ordering of provisions, storage, and waste management in compliance with MLC standards.
- Perform general deck maintenance, including cleaning, painting, and rust removal as instructed by the Bosun or Chief Officer.
- Assist in cargo operations, mooring, and unmooring of the vessel during port calls.
- Maintain safety equipment and participate in emergency drills and safety training sessions.
- Ensure that the galley area and mess room are cleaned and sanitized daily to prevent foodborne illnesses.
- Work effectively with the engine and deck departments to ensure the vessel remains in top operational condition.
Kualifikasi
- Must hold a valid Seaman’s Book and all necessary STCW certifications updated per DMW requirements.
- Proven experience as a Cook on board commercial vessels (General Cargo experience preferred).
- Possess valid Cook Certification (NC II/III equivalent for maritime).
- Strong knowledge of international maritime safety protocols and health regulations.
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and maintain positive working relationships.
- Physically fit and medically cleared (POEA/PEME standard).
- Proficient in English for effective communication with crew and port authorities.
