Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end vendor operations for ship supplies, provisions, and technical equipment
- Coordinate timely delivery of operational vessel requirements to ensure zero downtime
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with maritime vendors and service providers
- Monitor inventory levels and implement proactive replenishment strategies for critical supplies
- Oversee quality control of delivered goods and services against maritime standards
- Optimize procurement processes to balance cost-efficiency with operational reliability
- Document all vendor transactions, performance metrics, and compliance records
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 3 years experience in vendor management or maritime logistics
- Proven track record in supply chain coordination for vessel operations
- Strong negotiation skills with ability to secure favorable vendor contracts
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and procurement software
- Deep understanding of maritime operational requirements and industry standards
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
