Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and coordinate all aspects of ship repair projects from initial assessment to final delivery
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
- Supervise technical teams and ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions when necessary to stay on schedule
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment required for repair operations
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets specifications and regulatory requirements
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including reports and progress updates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Naval Architecture, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in ship repair or shipbuilding industry
- Proven track record in managing complex maritime projects
- Strong knowledge of ship repair techniques, marine regulations, and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
