Your Role:
As a Ship Store Cashier, you will be the frontline ambassador for our client’s retail operations. Your primary responsibilities will include accurately processing point-of-sale transactions, managing cash drawers, and providing world-class customer service to a diverse customer base. You will also assist in inventory management, shelf stocking, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store. This role requires a high level of trust, integrity, and attention to detail.

Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit cards, and other forms of payment.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries about products and store policies, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain precise cash drawer balances, prepare daily reconciliation reports, and report discrepancies to the Store Manager.
- Assist in receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise to ensure shelves are fully stocked and well-organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts to minimize shrinkage and ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate the cash register responsibly, ensuring that all transactions are processed according to company security and compliance guidelines.
- Keep the store clean, safe, and presentable by following daily cleaning checklists and safety protocols.
- Support promotional activities and upselling efforts to maximize store revenue.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; a College degree in Business or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a cashier or retail sales associate is preferred.
- Strong numerical and basic mathematical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of integrity and honesty in handling cash and inventory.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting (up to 25 lbs).
- Must be willing to work in Manila City and amenable to shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required.
