Join our dynamic team as a Shipper Representative Supervisor and lead critical maritime logistics operations in Kalimantan Selatan. This pivotal role oversees the coordination of Ship Administration & Management Service (SAMS), Assist Tug operations, and Shipper Representative activities. You'll ensure seamless inter-departmental communication, maintain compliance with international shipping regulations, and optimize operational efficiency across all agency functions. The ideal candidate will drive process improvements, resolve logistical challenges proactively, and foster strong relationships with port authorities, shipping partners, and clients. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily operations of Ship Administration & Management Service (SAMS), Assist Tug, and Shipper Representative teams
- Ensure compliance with maritime regulations, safety protocols, and company policies
- Coordinate vessel schedules, cargo handling, and port clearance procedures
- Manage performance metrics, resource allocation, and process optimization
- Resolve operational disruptions and maintain client communication during critical shipments
- Train and mentor staff on shipping procedures, documentation, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with customs, port authorities, and shipping agents for smooth transit
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Maritime Studies
- Minimum 5 years' experience in logistics/supervisory roles with maritime exposure
- Strong knowledge of INCOTERMS, shipping documentation, and port operations
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (written and verbal)
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (e.g., CSCP) is highly desirable
