Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end shipping coordination including carrier selection, freight booking, and route optimization
- Source, negotiate with, and select suppliers for procurement of materials and equipment
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (B/Ls, commercial invoices, customs declarations)
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate purchase orders to maintain optimal stock
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and delays through proactive carrier communication
- Analyze logistics costs and implement cost-reduction strategies for freight operations
- Liaise with customs brokers and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance
- Maintain accurate records of shipping activities and procurement transactions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- Minimum 2 years' experience in shipping coordination or procurement roles
- Proficiency in international shipping regulations and customs procedures
- Strong negotiation skills with suppliers and freight carriers
- Expertise in logistics software and inventory management systems
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail with documentation accuracy
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
