Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate all ocean freight bookings, ensuring timely pickup and delivery of shipments.
- Liaise with overseas agents, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to secure cargo space and negotiate rates.
- Prepare and verify accurate shipping documentation, including Bill of Lading (B/L), Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve any transit delays or logistical issues.
- Maintain up-to-date records of all shipments and customer interactions within the internal database.
- Communicate effectively with internal sales teams and external clients regarding shipping schedules and costs.
- Ensure strict compliance with Incoterms and international shipping regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in Ocean Freight Coordination or Logistics.
- Proficiency in using logistics management systems and MS Office applications.
- Strong working knowledge of shipping documentation and Incoterms (FOB, CIF, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Relevant certification in Supply Chain Management is preferred.
