Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare, verify, and process a comprehensive range of shipping documents, including Bills of Lading (BLs), commercial invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations.
- Coordinate effectively with freight forwarders, carriers, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, logs, and databases related to all shipping activities and documentation.
- Monitor and track shipment statuses, providing regular updates to relevant stakeholders and addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, filing, and data entry to support the logistics and operations team.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international shipping regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
- Respond to inquiries regarding shipment status, documentation requirements, and logistics-related matters.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of SPM/O-Level certification; a Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is a strong advantage.
- Proven experience (1-2 years) in an administrative, clerical, or documentation-focused role, preferably within the shipping, logistics, or import/export industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities effectively with minimal supervision.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the capacity to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
