Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor daily shipping operations across multiple transport modes
- Liaise with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs authorities for clearance
- Prepare and manage shipping documentation (bills of lading, customs forms)
- Track shipments and provide real-time updates to stakeholders
- Optimize logistics processes to reduce costs and improve delivery times
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement logs
- Ensure compliance with shipping regulations and company policies
- Resolve shipping discrepancies and coordinate issue resolution
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- 1-2 years of experience in shipping/logistics operations
- Proficiency in logistics software and MS Office Suite
- Knowledge of customs procedures and international shipping regulations
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Attention to detail with documentation accuracy
- Ability to work independently under pressure
