Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Prepare, verify, and process all necessary shipping documentation, including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs declarations.
- Liaise effectively with internal departments, external clients, customs officials, carriers, and freight forwarders.
- Track and trace shipments, providing regular updates to stakeholders and resolving any transit issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, ensuring data integrity in the company's system.
- Assist in inventory management and control, ensuring stock accuracy and efficient warehouse operations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant shipping regulations, customs procedures, and company policies.
- Handle general administrative tasks related to shipping and logistics operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in a shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding role.
- Strong understanding of domestic and international shipping processes, documentation, and customs regulations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and experience with logistics software/ERP systems is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing operational challenges.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
