Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with inquiries, product recommendations, and navigation throughout the store.
- Process payments accurately using the POS (Point of Sale) system and handle cash transactions with integrity.
- Maintain the visual appeal of the shop by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and ensuring product displays are tidy.
- Monitor inventory levels and notify management when stock needs to be replenished.
- Keep the store premises clean, safe, and well-maintained at all times.
- Handle incoming shipments and assist with basic inventory receiving and logging procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
Kualifikasi
- Possess at least a SPM level or equivalent qualification.
- Fresh school leavers or those with no experience are highly encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and basic English.
- A friendly, polite, and customer-oriented personality is a must.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as required.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis or weekends when necessary.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive work ethic.
