Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries and recommendations
- Operate cash registers and process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Arrange and organize store merchandise, ensuring shelves are well-stocked and properly displayed
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure all products are properly labeled and priced
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages or discrepancies to management
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner
- Assist in receiving and processing incoming shipments and deliveries
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/equivalent qualification
- No prior experience required - training will be provided
- Friendly and approachable personality with good communication skills
- Basic numerical skills and ability to handle cash transactions
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods
- Team player with willingness to learn and adapt
- Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in hardware products and home improvement items is an advantage
