We are currently seeking a Shop Assistant to join our team and contribute to our dynamic retail environment.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing personalized assistance, answering product questions, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You will also be responsible for maintaining store presentation, managing cash transactions, and supporting inventory management. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary package between RM 1,700 and RM 2,000 per month, with opportunities for growth within the company.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organize merchandise displays.
- Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
- Provide product knowledge and recommend suitable items to customers.
- Process sales orders and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Assist in managing online orders and customer queries.
- Ensure compliance with store policies and security procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Female candidates aged 25 and above.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible, mature, and reliable personality.
- Passion for gaming and knowledge of gaming products preferred.
