What You'll Do
In this full-time role, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand. Your primary responsibility is to ensure every customer enjoys a seamless and pleasant shopping experience. You will handle daily store operations, from welcoming customers and processing sales to ensuring our shelves are fully stocked and our store is immaculate.

Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers and provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Operate cash registers and handle cash, card, and e-wallet transactions accurately.
- Replenish shelves and ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing at all times.
- Receive, unpack, and display incoming stock, ensuring proper rotation of goods.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the store area.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Ensure products are correctly priced and tagged according to company guidelines.
- Adhere to all company policies, security procedures, and health & safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM / O-Level or equivalent educational qualification.
- Prior experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic numeracy skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
- Ability to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Physically fit and able to stand for long hours and lift moderate weight.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and team spirit.
- Candidates must be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status.
