- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to clients browsing the jewelry collection
- Help customers with product inquiries, selections, and purchases
- Assist with inventory management, including stock counting and organization
- Maintain a clean, organized, and attractive store environment
- Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Contribute to visual merchandising efforts to enhance product presentation
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business
Kualifikasi
- Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
