Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome customers with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Assist customers in finding products and provide accurate information on merchandise.
- Maintain the cleanliness, tidiness, and visual appeal of the shop floor and product displays.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Manage inventory, including receiving, tagging, and restocking merchandise.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and returns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Monitor stock levels and report low inventory or discrepancies to the store manager.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Shop Assistant, Retail Assistant, or in a similar customer service role (experience in hospitality/tourism is a plus).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Basic math skills and the ability to operate electronic POS systems and handle cash.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
