Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system and handle various payment methods.
- Manage inventory by organizing, displaying, and replenishing stock on the sales floor.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe store environment at all times.
- Assist in unloading new shipments and ensuring products are properly priced and labeled.
- Prepare products for display and monitor stock levels to prevent shortages.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals and store sales targets.
- Provide basic product demonstrations and guidance to customers as needed.
Kualifikasi
- No prior experience required; we provide full on-the-job training.
- Possess a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Strong communication skills in Malay and basic English.
- Ability to work well within a team environment.
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work flexible retail hours.
- Basic numeracy skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Physically fit to perform tasks such as standing for long periods and light lifting.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
