Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service, product information, and assistance to shoppers
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process cash/card transactions accurately
- Arrange, stock, and maintain merchandise displays and inventory levels
- Monitor store cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation procedures
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve basic service issues
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient store operations
