Tanggung Jawab
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product inquiries
- Operate the point-of-sale system and process customer transactions accurately
- Arrange and organize merchandise on shelves and display areas
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages to management
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store premises
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking of new merchandise
- Handle customer returns and exchanges according to company policy
- Participate in store promotional activities and sales events
Kualifikasi
- No formal education required, high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous retail experience is not necessary as training will be provided
- Basic numeracy and literacy skills for handling transactions
- Friendly and approachable personality with good communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks
- Reliability and punctuality in attendance
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
