Tanggung Jawab
- Warmly welcome and assist customers, providing detailed information about our curated ceramic and art collections.
- Maintain the visual standards of the showroom by ensuring displays are clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Handle fragile and high-value art pieces with extreme care during customer demonstrations and stock replenishment.
- Process sales transactions accurately using our POS system and manage customer inquiries.
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and tracking stock levels.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our product range to provide professional product recommendations.
- Ensure the store environment is safe, clean, and inviting at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a retail, gallery, or customer-facing environment is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional and friendly personality.
- A genuine appreciation for ceramics, art, and home decor.
- Strong attention to detail, especially when handling fragile or valuable items.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small, collaborative team.
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends or public holidays if required.
