Tanggung Jawab
- Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product inquiries and selections.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately handle cash transactions.
- Restock shelves and display products neatly to ensure high visibility and appeal.
- Assist in inventory management, stocktaking, and reporting discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe shopping environment at all times.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve any issues professionally and promptly.
- Support promotional activities and sales campaigns within the store.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification is required.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic math skills and keen attention to detail.
- Physically fit to stand for long periods and lift light merchandise.
- A friendly, approachable, and energetic personality.
