Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner to enhance their shopping experience.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and handle various payment methods securely.
- Maintain store cleanliness and ensure that shelves are fully stocked and well-organized.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and assist with stock receiving and tagging.
- Promote ongoing store promotions and support the team in achieving daily sales targets.
- Monitor product expiry dates and ensure strict adherence to quality control and safety standards.
- Resolve customer inquiries or complaints efficiently to maintain store reputation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, or Mandarin (an added advantage).
- Willingness to work on shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently.
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform light manual labor (stock handling).
- Reliable, punctual, and maintaining a high level of personal integrity.
