Tanggung Jawab
- Assist customers with inquiries and provide a friendly, helpful shopping experience.
- Perform accurate cashiering duties and handle various payment methods efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels, replenish shelves, and organize product displays according to company standards.
- Ensure the store environment remains clean, organized, and safe for all customers and staff.
- Manage inventory deliveries, including receiving stock and checking for quality or quantity discrepancies.
- Assist in promotional setups and price tag updates within the store.
- Maintain security awareness and adhere to all store operational protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess a high level of integrity, reliability, and punctuality.
- Basic proficiency in reading and writing (Bahasa Malaysia and English preferred).
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting or stocking items.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Malaysia.
